ABOUT GMSSS Board of Secondary Education 10th Class School Examination

“SSCE” stands for Secondary School Certificate Examination (High School i.e. X class) the examinations are conducted twice in a year in accordance with the syllabi prescribed by the Board. After passing the examination, a certificate of qualification is awarded by the Board.

Document Required for Xth Admission

• 8th Class Pass or 9th Class Pass/Fail Report Card/ Certificate
• Passport Size Photos
• ID Proof
• Date of Birth Certificate
• Admission Form with 20/- Rupee notary stamp paper (Student Undertaking Form)

The Scheme of Secondary Scheme of Examination

The Scheme of Secondary School Certificate Examinations for conducted by GMSSS Board of Secondary Education, shall be as laid down from time to time.

English, Hindi, Sanskrit, Urdu, Tibitan, Telugu, Tamil, Sindhi, Punjabi, Persian, Oriya, Nepali, Mizo, Marathi, Manipuri, Malayalam, Kashmiri, Kannada, Gujarati, Bhutia, Bengali, Asami.

NOTE:

Note: Out of the languages, one shall be English, One Hindi, and other Marathi or Other Regional Language can also be offered simultaneously.
